Do not e-mail requests to EDISS for issues such as the status of a claim or remittance or questions about claim processing and denials. EDISS does not handle such inquiries. Send these requests to the appropriate Call Center: Part A Provider Call Center, Part B Provider Call Center, or the CAP Physician/Vendor Contact Center.

IMPORTANT: CMS prohibits sending Protected Health Information (PHI) over the Internet. Please do not send inquiries or comments via email that contain PHI (i.e., social security numbers, beneficiary numbers, beneficiary names, claim information, etc.). The improper disclosure or loss of this information could negatively affect the mission of CMS and compromise the privacy of the Medicare beneficiaries.
