PC-ACE Pro32 Tutorial Survey

For All PC-ACE Pro32 Users

Continuous improvement is important to EDI Support Services (EDISS) and we are always looking for feedback from you!

To facilitate ideas on how we can improve, we periodically distribute customer surveys. The questions on our most recent survey focus on the online tutorial we offer for our free billing software, PC-ACE Pro32. To take this survey click here. The survey takes approximately 1-2 minutes to complete and will be extremely helpful to EDISS.

Thank you in advance for taking the time to share feedback!

PC-ACE Pro32 Update

For Institutional PC-ACE Pro32 Users

Just a reminder for our Institutional PC-ACE Pro32 users that the Covered, Non-Covered, Coinsurance, and Lifetime Reserve fields have been removed from the Patient Info and Codes Tab of the Institutional Claim Form. These values must now be reported as Value Codes "80" (covered), "81" (non-covered),"82" (coinsurance), and "83" (lifetime reserve). The new Value Codes have been added to the standard Condition/Occurrence/Span/Value Codes reference file.

Special mapping has been added for the codes to will map correctly to the ANSI 4010A1 file into the 2300 QTY segment.  They will not map as value codes in the electronic file.

Total OnBoarding User Guide Reminder

For All Trading Partners

For assistance with registering in Total Onboarding, EDI Support Services (EDISS) has created step-by-step user guides that illustrate the registration process from start to finish.  The guides are found on the EDISS website, www.edissweb.com. Select the Total Onboarding tab and scroll to the bottom of the page to locate them.  There are two guides; a provider user guide and a vendor user guide.
