Importance of Verifying EDISS Connect Registration
For All Submitters
EDISS Connect is the enhanced online registration and testing tool found at https://connect.edissweb.com/. If the information contained within EDISS Connect is not up to date, it can lead to issues submitting and receiving data in the future. To eliminate any issues that may occur with EDISS Connect profiles, please verify the following:
- Transactions
- Providers are limited to selecting two vendors for their 837 transactions and only one for all other transactions
- Non-Medicare lines of business must indicate the same Vendor Submitter ID for all lines of businesses on their 835 Remittance Advice in EDISS Connect
- Vendor associations
- Submitter ID
- NPI values
- Basic demographic information
- Email address
- Address
- Phone number
- Fax number
