Noridian EDISS is Improving the Way We Do Business
For All Iowa Medicaid Submitters
EDI Support Services (EDISS) is working to transition all Iowa Medicaid MCO/Encounter transactions, Fee for Service/Web Portal users and all existing Iowa Medicaid Web Portal functionality out of our legacy EDI Gateway. This Gateway transition is scheduled to take place between August and October of 2020. We are excited about the enhanced support capabilities and the new tools this transition will provide to our EDI support staff to better assist our Submitter Community!
Our goal during this transition is to minimize the impact on our Iowa submitter community while strategically advancing technologies available to our submitters and adding support continuity for Noridian.
All external documentation relevant to the EDISS Gateway Update will be stored on the EDISS Gateway Transition page during this transition as they become available.
