Vendors need to call the EDISS Call Center for assistance with adding new users, or if they're experiencing issues accessing their vendor account. When a vendor needs to add a new user to their existing vendor account, a form will be faxed to the vendor. After the form is returned, an email will be sent to the vendor with additional information.

The "90 Days Since Last Login" link is only for providers to re-gain access to their Connect account.
