EDISS Gateway System
Use the EDISS Gateway for direct submissions to EDI Support Services (EDISS).
To send and receive files through the EDISS Gateway, submitters must establish a connection through a Network Service Vendor. Additional connectivity information is available on the Software/Connectivity tab.
IP Address
The EDISS IP address and port used for connectivity are listed by environment below.

Directory Structure
Direct submitters will use the following submitter paths.
- Submitter path for file submission: /outbox/X12/EDI/Inbound/Interchange
- Submitter path for file retrieval: /inbox/EZComm/EDI/Inbound/Interchange
- Compressed or Zipped files need to be submitted to a different directory than standard X12 files. Path to compressed file submission: /outbox/EZComm/EDI/Inbound/Interchange
Password Management
EDI Support Services (EDISS) requires all submitters to use the Gateway Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR) website to gain access to their account when their password has been forgotten or has expired.
The "Forgot password?" option uses the security questions and answers that were created during registration. EDISS recommends Gateway users store their security questions and answers in a safe and secure location where they can be accessed for future use.
To access the Gateway SSPR,
- IA Web Portal Users should use https://accountmgt3.edissweb.com
- IA PPACA Users should use https://accountmgt.edissweb.com
- All other IA Users should use https://accountmgt2.edissweb.com
